James Akins, CPESC will present “Municipal Waterways Maintenance Program Development and Implementation.” This presentation will focus on how the City of Dublin has successfully developed this program to address the removal of stream blockages, channel erosion stabilization, and provide a summary of the maintenance projects planned and implemented to date.
