East Main Street, Phase 1 & 2
Located in Olde Reynoldsburg, EMH&T worked with the City to improve a main corridor with a combination of $4 million in grants and zero-interest loans from the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC). The project along Main Street improves the streetscape between Davidson Drive and Jackson Street (Phase 1), and then Jackson Street east to the Waggoner Road/Graham intersection (Phase 2). The goal of the project is to increase walkability, improve landscape, lighting, and parking to make the area more of a “downtown destination”, along with expanding retail and gathering spaces. The new pedestrian friendly environment will allow better connectivity to help revitalize the entire area and attract new businesses.
