Summary
EMH&T is currently looking for a Landscape Designer to join our Planning Landscape & Architecture team in Columbus, OH. The successful candidate will work under senior landscape architects and be responsible for assisting in the completion of a wide variety of landscape architectural and development planning projects. This includes a mixture of various sizes of public and private projects. Projects range from master planning, private development projects and municipal projects from conceptual schematic design to construction document plans and construction observation, parks, plazas and streetscapes, residential, commercial, mixed use, and warehouse and industrial properties. As the Landscape Designer, you will assume responsibility for preparing documents necessary to properly submit and achieve regulatory approvals through the public engagement process. You may also support the team in design, renderings, plan production, cost estimates, graphics presentation, and construction documentation.
Qualifications
Qualifications include a degree in Landscape Architecture, with up to three (3) years of experience. The preferred candidate should have a basic understanding of AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe Creative Suite including Indesign and Photoshop, Google Sketchup and Microsoft Word and Excel experience is important; and basic knowledge of 3D rendering software is valuable.
