Easton Town Center Civil Engineering Over the Years

Located on the east side of Columbus, Ohio, is a premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destination, Easton Town Center. EMH&T has shared the developer’s vision and played a part in the project since its inception in 1994, and our role has evolved from civil engineer to design partner. EMH&T provided site development engineering for this project, including ALTA and topographical surveys. The site engineering documents included sanitary sewers, storm sewers, grading, private water mains, electric and communication duct bank, gas mains, site lighting photometrics and roadway/parking layout, striping and signage.

EMH&T has continued to work on growing projects through the years including: new Mixed-use Expansion, Urban District, and Gateway.
